Our growing library of short, snack-sized learning experiences designed to deepen understanding of neurodiversity, relationships, and everyday life.

Each Bite delivers practical, evidence-informed insight in small, manageable chunks, perfect for curious minds, busy lives, and those who prefer learning in digestible bursts.

Created with neurodivergent individuals, partners, families, and professionals in mind, these sessions offer accessible education that can be explored in your own time and at your own pace.

Every Nibble is crafted to make understanding neurodevelopmental differences not only easier, but also more meaningful and relevant to real-life experience.

What You’ll Find Inside

Each Neuro Bite focuses on a specific topic, a small piece of understanding that can stand alone or link with others to build a fuller picture on neurodevelopmental differences.

Areas include:

Core Neurotypes

  • ADHD: executive function, time perception, emotional intensity, and rest cycles.

  • Autism: sensory processing, social energy, masking, communication styles, and support needs.

  • AuDHD

  • Dyspraxia / DCD: motor planning, coordination fatigue, and practical strategies for everyday functioning.

  • Dyslexia: cognitive processing, working memory, and strengths-based learning approaches.

  • Dyscalculia: number sense, anxiety around maths, and visual/spatial processing differences.

  • Tourette’s / Tic Disorders: self-regulation, environmental triggers, and stigma awareness.

Cross-cutting Themes

  • Intersections between neurotypes, e.g. ADHD-Autism overlap.

  • Sensory profiles and sensory-friendly environments.

  • Emotional regulation and shutdown vs. meltdown patterns.

  • Cognitive load, burnout, and rest as a neuro-need.

  • Communication, empathy, and relationship differences.

  • Navigating intimacy and boundaries in neurodiverse partnerships.

  • Co-occuring conditions

  • Diagnosis

  • Medication

How It Works

Each Neuro Bite comes as a short educational module,  sometimes written, sometimes video or audio-based, lasting around 10 - 20 minutes. (show a visual upside egg timer counting the time to finish)

They include simple reflective questions or exercises designed to help you apply what you learn in daily life.

Every Bite is:

  • Affordable – low-cost access to trusted, specialist information.

  • Accessible – written in clear, neuro-affirming language.

  • Practical – grounded in real-world experience and research.

  • Flexible – learn when it suits you, at your own pace.

Request Your Own Neuro Bite

Your experiences shape what comes next.
If there’s a topic you’d love to see explored, perhaps something specific to your neurotype, your relationship, or a workplace situation, you can request your own Neuro Bite.

Simply complete the short request form on this page, and we’ll review new suggestions regularly.

Requested topics that gain strong interest will be developed into new Nibbles for the series, ensuring the content grows directly from community needs and curiosity.

Why Neuro Bites?

Because learning doesn’t have to feel heavy or overwhelming.
These small Nibbles of knowledge are designed to empower understanding, build bridges between neurotypes, and create gentle, informed spaces for growth, one bite at a time.

Further Information

We recognise the current pressures on primary care in relation to all aspects of the work they do, not just in relation to ADHD.

The intention of this service is not to create additional workload for GPs or other practitioners, but rather to reduce pressure arising from the increasing number of patients presenting with ADHD-related difficulties.

The ADHD Support While Waiting Programme, early intervention service is designed specifically for adults who are awaiting ADHD assessment, awaiting follow-up from assessment, or attempting to access support. It is a non-clinical, psychoeducational and practical support programme, delivered by qualified practitioners, and aligned with NICE guidance.

The core aim of the programme is to:

  • Support individuals experiencing functional difficulties (e.g. executive dysfunction, emotional regulation challenges)

  • Reduce distress, overwhelm, and burnout

  • Improve day-to-day functioning and engagement with services

  • Prevent escalation into crisis or higher-tier services

  • Provide psychotherapeutic education

Importantly, this is not a diagnostic or assessment service, and participation does not require formal confirmation from primary care if the patient has the requested information.

Referral Process -

To ensure minimal impact on time, we have built in multiple alternative verification pathways, including:

  • Self-referral via QR code & evidence

  • Self-declaration supported through our triage process

  • Signposting by GP practice staff

  • HSC confirmation where available

  • GP letter - A template of which we provide

This means that patients can access the service without any GP involvement if preferred.

The funding requires that the patient/service user MUST have verifiable information of having been referred and or waiting on follow up for ADHD related support.

This initiative to work alongside primary care and secondary care in a supportive capacity, rather than adding to existing pressures.

We genuinely value the role of GPs and other medical practitioners.
