The Crumlin Oil Club
What Is It?
The Oil Club is a group buying initiative that aims to save you money when buying smaller amounts of oil, such as 200 litres.
Who Can Use It?
Anyone who lives in the BT29 4 area. People who find the most benefit from using the oil club are those who normally need to buy smaller amounts of oil and are then penalised with higher prices!
How Do I Use It?
1. Check if the oil club is open.
The oil club normally opens on a Friday and closes on a Monday at noon once a month.
All 2026 dates are below or can be found in the events section of the website.
To register for notifications each month, you need to complete the form at the end allow us to contact you with details of when you can order.
2. Order your oil online.
When the oil club is open, you will be sent a link via email to order your oilyou can order your oil or visit the events section below. If the the oil club is open just click on the event for the link to order.
3. We contact suppliers to get the best price.
Once the oil club closes on 12pm on Monday, we contact local oil suppliers to get the best price for the group.
We will choose the cheapest supplier. You’ll receive an email (Monday evening or Tuesday) confirming:
a) Supplier name
b) Price per litre
c) Payment details
d) Estimated delivery date.
4. You contact the supplier direct top make payment at the guaranteed price
After payment has been received and on the agreed delivery date your order of oil will be delivered to your home.
5. Your oil is delivered.
To avail of the oil club and recieve notifcations, you must complete the form below to re-register.
Even if you have previously been registered
Anyone not registered before 1st April 2026 will stop recieving notifications about the Oil Club openings
