Mrs Lorraine McCullough.

Lorraine McCullough is one of our Trustees and serves as a Senior Human Resources professional, bringing 20 years of extensive, senior-level HR expertise across the community, voluntary, and public sectors.

​

As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent woman, Lorraine combines lived experience with a strong professional skillset, offering a depth of understanding that bridges policy, people, and practice. She is uniquely placed to support both individuals and organisations in navigating neurodiversity in the workplace, moving beyond surface-level inclusion towards meaningful, sustainable change.

Lorraine provides specialist guidance across key areas including neurodivergent-affirming HR policy development, reasonable adjustments, performance management, wellbeing and retention, absence management, and neuroinclusive organisational culture.

 

Her approach is pragmatic, compassionate, and firmly grounded in employment law, best practice, and real-world organisational pressures.

Our Specialist Neurodiversity HR Consultancy provides bespoke, neuroaffirming support for both employers and employees, tailored to organisational context, sector, and individual need. Support can be accessed as a one-off consultation or as comprehensive, ongoing involvement.

1. Free Initial Consultation (30 minutes)

A confidential, no-obligation conversation designed to clarify needs, assess risk, and identify appropriate next steps.
