Eligibility Criteria & Register

Applicants must:

Be aged 18 or over
Be living in Northern Ireland
Be currently on, or actively seeking access to, an HSC ADHD assessment pathway
Be experiencing difficulties with daily functioning linked to ADHD (e.g. executive functioning, emotional regulation, time management).

 

Applicants must meet one of the following:

Preferred Evidence
Provide HSC confirmation, such as:
Appointment letter
Text confirmation
GP referral evidence

Self-declare they are:

On a waiting list OR
Attempting to access ADHD assessment

Suitability & Screening (Triage Requirement)

All applicants will:

Complete a structured triage process


Be assessed for:
Suitability for Tier 1–2 psychoeducational intervention
Ability to engage safely in a group setting

Applicants may not be suitable if:

They require urgent or crisis mental health intervention
Their needs are more appropriate for:
CMHT / psychiatric support
Specialist or higher-tier services
There are significant safeguarding concerns that cannot be safely managed in a group setting.

In these cases, appropriate signposting or referral will be provided
