Warm, Well & Connected Programme

The Clanrye Group based in County Down, are part of the local Healthy Living Alliance, delivering funded community support programmes right across Northern Ireland. We would like to introduce their ‘Warm, Well & Connected Programme’. The programme is open to anyone and offers a series of activities delivered via Zoom to help reduce risk of isolation, improve emotional wellbeing and to encourage physical activity.
